- First we say the following Prayer:Let my prayer be directed like incense before you; take my hands as an evening sacrifice, hear me, Lord. We offer you incense, Christ our God, in the fragrance of a spiritual fragrance; as we await your heavenly Altar, give us the grace of your Holy Spirit.We take some coals with our tweezers and put them in the censer. Then we light our charcoal, blowing it continuously until it is reddened well. Then we take one blackhead if it is big or three if the blackheads are small and place them on the burning coal.
